Dr David Campbell MBBS MHP FAFPHM FRACMA – Director General management, strategic development and medical staff support
David spent 25 years in medicine working in a range of metropolitan and rural health services before setting up Skilled Medical in 2005 and then building it into one of Australia's leading medical recruitment firms. He trained as a GP, worked in public health medicine, held medical executive and board roles and developed businesses in the health technology sector. David's experience and commitment to medicine has been vital to the development of Skilled Medical. His executive experience includes chief executive roles at St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne, a major teaching and referral centre and Hornsby Kur-ring-gai Hospital in Sydney. David is a former Chairman of the Board of Continuing Education of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, Councillor on the Postgraduate Medical Council of NSW, Executive Committee member of the Victorian Medical Postgraduate Foundation and founding Board member of the Rural Doctors' Network of NSW. David holds Fellowships in public health medicine and medical administration and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
Kimlie Jolliffe – Director Business Services Operational and financial management, company systems, HR, legal and regulatory
Kimlie joined Skilled Medical in 2006 and is responsible for day-to-day business operations of the company. Kimlie has a background in management, company administration and systems development in the professional services sector. She was previously a senior human resources manager at the corporate office of Clayton Utz, one of Australia’s largest legal firms and has held a number of administration roles in professional services firms and the private business sector. Kimlie is also responsible for the company’s administration, finance and human resources functions. Kimlie holds bachelor degrees in arts and commerce.
Dr E Robyn Mason MBBS M.ADMIN FRACMA FAICD – Senior Medical Advisor Medical advisory, clinical governance and medico-legal
Robyn has worked with Skilled Medical since 2007 as its Senior Medical Advisor, a role aimed at assisting Skilled Medical develop and support its medical governance capability. Robyn also provides medical professional assistance to the placement teams in Australia and the UK. Robyn has held senior leadership positions in the public and private sectors including the roles of Secretary-General of the Australian Medical Association and CEO of AMA Victoria. Her background encompasses clinical governance, medico-legal, medical credentialing and scope of clinical practice, community engagement, workforce development and health care funding. She is a board member of Health Purchasing Victoria, a director of Melbourne Primary Care Network, former chair of the Victorian Doctors' Health Program and a former board member of Southern Health in Melbourne. Robyn is a qualified doctor with a master's degree in administration and holds Fellowships with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Kirsty MacIsaac – Team Manager Senior Doctors, GPs and Consultant Specialists

Kirsty MacIsaac is the Team Manager responsible for placing Senior Medical Officers, Rural Generalists, General Practitioners and Specialist Consultants in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Kirsty joined Skilled Medical in 2008 after previously working in allocation, client services and in call centre management roles with Nursing Australia. With over 10 years of experience working with Skilled Medical, Kirsty has a wealth of experience placing senior doctors and the team she leads is one of the best in Australia at understanding the needs of doctors and clients, especially where placement services are required in rural and regional areas.
Neil Morton – Team Manager Junior Doctors and Registrars

Neil has been involved in medical recruitment for 14 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in medical staffing. Areas of expertise include placing junior doctors and registrars into locum and permanent roles within Australia and New Zealand. Neil has in-depth knowledge of the medical recruitment life cycle, compliance requirements and the logistics of getting doctors to remote locations as well as semi-rural and metro based bookings. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Southampton Solent Institute (UK)
Yolanda Shephard – Training and Development Manager
Yolanda Shephard is responsible for training and development. With over 10 years in consulting and management roles in the Australian medical recruitment sector, Yolanda has built a formidable skill set and has extensive experience building strong Skilled Medical recruitment teams. Yolanda has a detailed knowledge of locum and permanent doctor requirements and extensive experience in staffing, systems development and quality management. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Recruitment Selection and Career Development and qualifications in Business Administration and Hospitality Management.
Mark Jones – Senior Recruitment Consultant Medical Directors, Rural Generalists, GP Proceduralists, General Practitioners and Senior Medical Officers
Mark Jones is a Senior Recruitment Consultant responsible for GP and ED SMO placements with a focus on rural and regional areas. Mark joined Skilled Medical in 2015 as a Compliance Officer prior to taking on a Recruitment Consultant role. Mark worked previously for the NHS in the UK, initially on nursing roster and staffing management and then in medical recruitment where he was responsible for end to end permanent consultant and specialist recruitment for the Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust. He holds a degree in Media and Communications from the University of Wolverhampton.
