Skilled Medical's Best Result Yet as an ISO 9001 and RCSA Quality Certified Recruitment Firm

Skilled Medical's 2016 quality management and industry accreditation audit result places it in the top tier of quality certified recruitment agencies.

The overall result of 8.9 out of 10 is its best result yet in over 7 years of annual accreditation audits and exceeds the industry average of 6.8 for quality certified medical recruitment firms.

Conducted annually by an external auditor, Certex International, Skilled Medical is audited against its quality management systems, operations and outcomes as part of the Australian and New Zealand Recruitment and Consulting Services Association's Service Delivery Standard (RCSA-SDS). In the same audit, Skilled Medical is re-accredited for its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems and the NSW Health's accreditation standards and conditions for firms approved to supply locum medical staff to NSW Health facilities.

Skilled Medical's Director, Dr David Campbell FRACMA, said that the latest audit result was a testament to the company and staff's commitment to continuous service improvement.
