2017 Audit Places Skilled Medical in the Top Tier of Recruitment Agencies

Skilled Medical's 2017 quality rating places it in the top tier of recruitment agencies in Australia and New Zealand.

The overall audit result of 9.2 out of 10 is Skilled Medical’s highest rating yet in over 8 years of annual accreditation audits and exceeds the industry average of 7.0 for quality certified recruitment agencies. The score places Skilled Medical in the top 6% of all quality accredited recruitment firms across Australia and NZ.

Conducted annually by an external auditor, Certex International, Skilled Medical is audited against its quality management systems, operations and outcomes as part of the Australian and New Zealand Recruitment and Consulting Services Association's Service Delivery Standard (RCSA-SDS).

In 2017, Skilled Medical’s audit also included:

• A surveillance audit for its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems accreditation.
• Recertification of the NSW Health's accreditation standards for firms approved to supply locum medical staff to NSW Health facilities.
• Certification of the Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) standards for firms approved to supply locum medical staff to Victorian Health facilities.
