Consultant Gastroenterologist required for our client in Northern Ireland.
We are looking for recruit a candidate for a 3 month period, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 1:6 ward round on a Sat/Sun 8am to midday.
The hospital has 366 beds for acute care and is one of the busiest in it's region for unscheduled care services.
As Consultant you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical services of the unit as well as leading junior doctors and multidisciplinary staff.
Accommodation is available.
In order to be considered the post holder will:
- have full GMC registration
- membership of Royal College of Physicians UK/Ireland or equivalent qualification/training
- at least 7 years experience in General Medicine, of which 1 must have been Gastroenterology
- NHS/HSE experience
