Consultant Cardiologist required for a central London NHS Trust.
The Cardiology department provides a range of services such as rapid access chest pain clinic, heart failure clinic, cardiac liaison & diagnostics, and, cardiology primary urgent care services.
The role is Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 until the 28th of January with an extension available.
Pay rate is negotiable.
There is an element of general medicine as well which are shared with the ward.
The successful candidate will lead a team of junior doctors and multidisciplinary staff providing comprehensive day-to-day medical care for patients on the ward. You will be committed to delivering clinical and quality targets, while being supported throughout your assignment.
The post holder will be on the GMC Register and in possession of the equivalent qualifications to carry out Consultant grade shifts in the NHS, with a minimum of 6 months prior experience.
