The Position
Full Time (10 PA's with option for up to 2 extra)
Applicants are expected to be experienced in all aspects of histopathology and non-gynae cytology however there are opportunities to develop special interests.

The trust is a major referral centre for HPB, Head & Neck and Urology Cancer Services and we also receive cancer resections from Colorectal, Breast and Gynae Units. We are a national screening unit for Breast and Bowel cancer screening patients. The Department is recognised for 4 Cellular pathology STs and in addition supported by 2 Senior Clinical Fellows

Essential Criteria
Full and specialist registration (and a licence to practise) with the General Medical Council (GMC) (or eligible for registration within six months of interview)
Applicants that are UK trained, must ALSO be a Holder of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT), or be within six months of award of CCT by date of interview
Applicants that are non-UK trained, will be required to show evidence of equivalence to the UK CCT
FRCPath or equivalent qualification
