The Position
Full time (10 PAs) Consultant General Radiologist with subspecialties in either:
Uroradiology
Chest Imaging
Neuroradiology
On call rota anticipated to be 1 in 15
The successful candidate will join a well-established, dynamic team of 17 Radiologists. The successful candidate will be part of a team providing General Radiology services with a specialist interest of urological, chest or neuroradiology. The Department of Clinical Radiology is a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to the provision of a modern, safe, efficient, friendly, patient-centred imaging, and interventional service for a busy medium-sized acute Trust. The Radiology Department operates using a PACS system (Sectra), and Radiology Information System (CRIS: Wellbeing).

Essential Criteria
Possession, or within 6 months of possession, of a CCT in Radiology leading to entry onto GMC Specialist Register
FRCR or equivalent
Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
Evidence of wide experience and a high level of competence in General Radiology including US, CT and MRI, and Specialist Radiology
Ability to perform effectively as a member of a team, including a multidisciplinary team and to motivate and develop staff
Ability and willingness to work within the Trust and NHS performance targets
The Package
£82,096 to £110,683 a year
